Hamaca is an original acrylic paint artwork by K. Estredo, that captures the luminescence of watercolor washes. Estredo playfully juxtaposes a mix of lively hues with coordinating patterned fabric to candidly frame the composition. Estredo's brush strokes and pencil work are vigorous and expressive. The use of color is dictated by emotion and employed as an eloquent way of communicating the tone and mood of the scene. Details are diluted in a radiant, warm haze, imbued with remembrance of the tropics.
